The popularity of our events is testament to our commitment to both exhibitors and customers alike, and many of our exhibitor spaces get booked up very early. You can be sure that as a stallholder at one of our events, we will do our very best to bring customers in front of you. We work tirelessly to make our events as busy and successful as possible.

For each of our events we undertake a large advertising campaign, with roadside advertising, paid social media coverage, adverts in trade press and newspapers, bus stop screens and bus stations, leaflet and poster distribution, plus regular emails to thousands on our mailing list.

OUTDOOR EVENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Outisde Stallholder Terms & Conditions of Booking
By applying and standing at any event you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Payment - All stalls must be paid for at least 6 weeks prior to the event. No refunds can be given for any cancellations after this time.
2. Health & Safety - Stallholders need to be mindful of Health and Safety. Stallholders are asked to clear away all boxes, bags etc before the event opens, ensuring public walkways are clear. It is a condition of your standing at our events that you/your company conducts its activities in accordance with all relevant health and safety, food, and environment regulations during the installation and dismantling of your stand, as well as the activities during the duration of the show. Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd will not be held responsible for any accident caused by stallholders negligence.
3. Public Liability Insurance - All stallholders must hold Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of £1 million. It is the sole responsibility of each trade stand, exhibitor, contractor or entertainer to arrange adequate insurance cover for all equipment and personnel taken onto the showground. All exhibitors must have a copy of their own public liability insurance with them at the event.
4. Gazebos & Tables: Stallholders supplying their own infrastructure must ensure that it is fit for purpose. Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd are not liable for any damages or injuries to others, caused by your own infrastructure. Gazebos must be secured to the ground with guidelines, which are out of a trip hazard location. Gazebo or shelter must be properly ground anchored in case of weather variables. Stall holders should ensure they have enough manpower available to safely erect their gazebos and tables. Tables must be secure, with legs locked in place, and should be robust enough for planned weight. IMPORTANT NOTE: please ensure that your gazebo / marquee is suitable for outdoor use, fit for purpose and can withstand strong winds if necessary. You should hold a risk assessment if you are using a gazebo.
5. Generators - The use of a generator must be pre-authorised with Haddon Events. The following conditions apply to the use of a generator: Generators must be operated in a safe manner and must be appropriately placed and fenced, so that no public can gain access to it. The exhaust must be positioned away from people and other stallholders to prevent inhalation of Carbon Monoxide fumes. You must provide a fire extinguisher (powder or CO2). Haddon Events reserve the right to turn off a generator if it is not compliant with these terms, or is causing a nuisance. Haddon Events decision is final.
6. Stands - The location of stands will be determined by Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd, whose decision is final. Every endeavour will be made to meet the general wishes of stallholders with regard to position, without causing unfairness to others. Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd reserve the right to move the position of a stallholder's stand without prior notice.
7. Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd do not guarantee exclusivity to stallholders at any of our shows.
8 .Stallholders are solely responsible for their stall and all goods & services they supply.
9. To comply with Trading Standards Regulations, all exhibitors must ensure that all goods are clearly priced.
10. Haddon Events reserve the right to ask exhibitors to remove any goods considered unsuitable.
11. Stallholders are responsible for their own stock. Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss or theft from your stall.
12. Food and Drink Exhibitors – Please note that stallholders must adhere to The Food Law Code of Practice as set by the FSA, and provide Food Safety and Hygiene Rating Certificates and any necessary documentation relating to their business. These documents should also be available for inspection on their stand.
13. Alcohol - It is the responsibility for any stallholder carrying out or undertaking any licensable activity, such as the sale or provision of alcoholic beverages, to have the appropriate Temporary Events Notice in place.
14. Vehicles - Stallholder vehicles are not permitted to move within the event area during the public opening times. When permitted onto the show field vehicle speed should not exceed 5 mph at any time, and hazard warning lights should be switched on.
15. Behaviour & Conduct - Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd reserve the right to remove any person exhibiting lewd, violent or offensive behaviour from the event without refund.
16. Weather - No refunds/credits are given for cancellation by the stallholder due to adverse weather conditions. Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever resulting from adverse weather conditions.
17. Rubbish - During the event stallholders must ensure any waste, packaging, etc. is removed from the stall area and does not create trip, slip or fall hazard. Stallholders are responsible for leaving their site and surrounding area clean, free from rubbish and undamaged. Stallholders are required to dispose of their own rubbish, Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd accept no responsibility for stallholder’s rubbish. All stall holders must not leave their rubbish by their stalls or by the bins, their rubbish must be removed. Any disposal costs incurred will be charged to the offending stallholder.
18. Liability and Indemnification of the Show - Exhibitors shall indemnify Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd from and against actions, costs, losses (including legal fees), claims or demands in respect of any accident, damage, injury or death to any person or property arising directly or indirectly from the stallholder's actions, omissions or negligence. Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd will not be responsible for, or accountable to, any person whatsoever for any damage or loss, however caused, to the property of any such person that may occur whilst on the showground or car parks or whilst entering or leaving the same. Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd will not be responsible under any circumstances for any accident, loss or damage however caused, that may occur to, or be caused by any person or to, or by any animal, vehicle or equipment exhibited or brought onto the showground or car parks. Each exhibitor or contractor will accept sole responsibility for any such accident, loss or damage concerning him, and shall hold Haddon Outdoor Events Ltd harmless, and indemnify them against any legal proceedings arising there from. Each trade stand, exhibitor, contractor or entertainer must have public liability insurance cover. All personnel entering the showground must be aware of these regulations.
Acceptance of the above shall be condition of entry to the event. By booking the event, the Exhibitor confirms that these conditions shall also govern any future event bookings.

INDOOR EVENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Haddon Events Booking Terms & Conditions
By applying and standing at any event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All stalls must be paid for at least one month prior to the event. No refunds can be given for any cancellations after this time.
2. Stallholders are requested not to pack up until the specified closing time of the event. Any stallholders who pack up early may lose their space at their next fair.
3. Stallholders are responsible for removing all items and rubbish from the venue once the fair is closed.
4. Any tables, chairs etc supplied by Haddon Events are the responsibility of the stallholder and it is up to the stallholder to check, upon arrival, that any tables are correctly and safely opened. Haddon Events cannot be liable for any breakages.
5. Stallholders need to be mindful of Health and Safety. Stallholders are asked to clear away all boxes, bags etc before the fair opens. No stock or tables are allowed to encroach on either the public walkway or on the neighbouring stallholders stand. Some stalls have room for extra tables but this is an allowance not a right. Extra tables may be moved at the discretion of Haddon Events.
6. Stallholders are responsible for the safety of their stand. Stallholders are totally responsible for every object displayed by them including liability for all claims arising out of handling of objects. Haddon Events will not be held responsible for any loss or theft from your stall.
7. All stallholders must hold Public Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of £1 million.
8. Haddon Events reserve the right to move the position of a stallholders stand without prior notice.
9. Haddon Events reserve the right to remove any person exhibiting lewd, violent or offensive behaviour from the event without refund.
10. Please be aware that if you use our Porter Service you do so at your own risk. Haddon Events and their Employees will not be liable for any breakages or damage whatsoever. By using our Porter Service, Exhibitor's indemnify Haddon Events from and against any claims or demands in respect of any accident or damage to property.
11. The maximum electricity load for lighting purposes is 200 watts. Haddon Events will not be held responsible for any loss of power. All extension leads must be P.A.T tested. NO KETTLES OR HEATERS PERMITTED.
12. Exhibitors shall indemnify Haddon Events. Stallholders shall indemnify Haddon Events from and against actions, costs, losses (including legal fees), claims or demands in respect of any accident, damage, injury or death to any person or property arising directly or indirectly from the stallholder's actions, omissions or negligence.
Acceptance of the above shall be condition of entry to the event. By booking the event, the Exhibitor confirms that these conditions shall also govern any future event bookings.
